About the Role
Ask a Chief of Staff is often engaged for referrals to fractional workers. We love to help anyone in our community find a great fractional opportunity. What this means is we are a resource. Anytime a fractional role comes in, we do not directly advertise it on our page. Instead, we make connections with people who we know who have been vetted and who are available for work, with clients who are looking for part-time or fractional help. This costs you nothing. If we feel we can make a match, we will make an introduction for you or give your information to the client so they can reach out to you directly. Once you’re in our system, you’re in!
What You'll Do
Apply through the Airtable like you would with a normal job.
Include your resume, but also a one-pager about your services and/or a website where you can be contacted.
Be sure to list the current amount of hours you are available for fractional work along with your hourly rate in the Airtable application.
If we have a fractional introduction to make, we will do so. Think of us as the conduit.
Who You Are
Fractional Chief of Staffs looking for part-time work.
Fractional Chiefs of Staff looking for a few hours each week of side hustle.
Fractional CHROs. Yes, we get a lot of these requests.
Any other fractional work that you have experience executing, feel free to send along your information.
